Join a leading privately owned National HVAC service business that prides itself on delivering premium maintenance and service solutions across a commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality and various other sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sydney branch and play a key role in growing our client base and strengthening our market presence.

About The Role

As the Sydney Business Development Manager you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation through to pricing , proposal, negotiation and handover. This role requires both strategic thinking and a hands on execution, working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within the HVAC service and maintenance market
  2. Manage the full sales lif cycle from initial contact through to secured contract and client relations
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision makers, facility managers and site managers
  4. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  5. Prepare and present tailored proposals and tenders
  6. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall growth and strategy

About you

  1. Proven experience in HVAC service or related technical sales
  2. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, service agreements and pricing structures
  3. Exception communication skills and relationship building attributes
  4. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to the National Team
  5. A proactive and results driven attitude
  6. Valid drivers licence
