Barrier Group is the Australian leader in the design and manufacture of a wide range of workplace and pedestrian safety solutions.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Line Markers to join our Installations team based in North Geelong.

About the Role

This full-time role involves applying high-visibility line marking at commercial and industrial sites across Victoria. You'll work alongside experienced installers and report to our Installations Manager.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Carrying out high-quality line marking using spray equipment and stencils

  • Preparing surfaces through cleaning, grinding, masking, and layout planning

  • Applying paints, thermoplastics, and other marking materials according to specifications

  • Maintaining equipment and tools to a high standard

  • Assisting with on-site installation of bollards, barriers, and signage

  • Following safety procedures and site instructions at all times

Some jobs will require occasional overnight travel and stays away from home, with accommodation and allowances provided.

About You

We're after someone who takes pride in precision and safety. You should be comfortable working outdoors and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

We're looking for:

  • Previous line marking experience. Familiarity with airless spray equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing neat, durable results

  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods

  • A reliable and professional worker

  • A current driver's licence (mandatory)

  • Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)

  • Willingness and ability to travel and stay away overnight when required
