Are you an administrator with some accounting or professional services experience looking to step into a stable, well-structured firm?

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in administration or client services to build their career within a respected accounting and advisory environment.

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional services firm known for strong processes, long-term client relationships and a supportive team culture.

The Role:

As a Client Services Administrator (Accounting Support), you'll support accountants with the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, client-focused and part of a professional team — without the pressure of sales or billable targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to accountants across tax and compliance work
  • Managing client documentation, records and correspondence
  • Assisting with client onboarding and ongoing client maintenance
  • Coordinating appointments, deadlines and workflow tracking
  • Responding to client enquiries via phone and email
  • Preparing letters, forms and engagement documentation
  • Ensuring files and systems are kept accurate and up to date

About You:

You will ideally have:

  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative or client services role

    (accounting, financial services or professional services highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Clear communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office; exposure to accounting or practice management systems is a plus
  • A reliable, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn
