We are looking for passionate Reformer Pilates Instructors who would love the opportunity to change people's lives within a premium health club environment?

We are seeking vibrant Instructors to build our comprehensive offering seven days a week

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and instruct motivational group Reformer Pilates classes
  • Adhering to processes and teaching standards set by the Manager
  • Ensuring the class delivery is at a consistent 10/10 standard
  • Promote an energetic & welcoming environment for members
  • Build strong rapport with members and provide excellent customer service
  • Help with maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of the studio
  • Where required assisting in capturing class content / testimonials for use on Social Media

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Must have a Reformer Certification
  • Must have valid First Aid & CPR Certification
  • A passion for teaching and educating beginners through to advance members
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to break down exercises and offer progressions & regressions
  • To exceed the expectations of members in our Group Fitness Program
  • To be available to assist in regular timetable participation in allocated and fill in classes
  • To be able to instruct safely while providing members with a challenging and fun environment
