We have an exciting opportunity and we are on the hunt for the ideal candidate for a highly efficient and enthusiastic Delivery Jockey & Warehouse Assistant (Full-Time). Previous experience in warehouse storage and logistics is preferred.

This role is based at our warehouse and distribution centre in Dandenong South (3175), where you'll join a young, energetic team who share a love of great design and delivering exceptional service.

This is a hands-on role that involves frequent heavy lifting, moving stock, and assisting with deliveries. You'll also have regular customer interaction – whether it's helping them load their purchases in the warehouse or delivering their furniture directly to their homes and sharing in the excitement as they transform their spaces.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Cross-checking deliveries against paperwork and ensuring accurate reconciliation.
• Assisting the delivery driver on the road – acting as a spotter for reversing, monitoring GPS, communicating traffic updates, and sending ETA messages or calls as directed by dispatch.
• Providing hands-on support during deliveries, including safe two-person lifting, protecting floors and walls, assembling furniture to specification, levelling and cleaning products, removing packaging, photographing finished setups, and obtaining delivery confirmations.
• Managing returns: separating and securing returned items, unloading them into the designated area, reporting damages or issues, restocking consumables, and debriefing warehouse supervisors before clocking out.
• Complying with OH&S protocols and promoting best practices among team members.
• Performing general warehouse duties, including heavy lifting, container unloading, and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
