Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + super

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the front of house team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
• Oversee daily operations including reservations, service flow, and customer engagement
• Ensure compliance with OH&S and food safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and management to maintain smooth operations
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism and warmth
• Monitor and report on front of house KPIs and financial performance

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
• A passion for customer service and community engagement
• RSA certification (essential); barista or bartending experience a plus
• Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
