We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and physically fit plumber who takes pride in delivering detailed, accurate investigative work and shares our passion for raising the standard in the plumbing industry.

The Opportunity

This role is perfect for a plumber who enjoys problem-solving, detailed inspections, and technical investigations. As part of our leak detection team, you'll carry out specialised assessments, identify concealed plumbing faults, and prepare professional reports for insurers, builders, and homeowners.

You'll work both independently and alongside our experienced team, supporting long-standing clients and contributing to our reputation as Adelaide's trusted leak detection specialists.

Role Responsibilities

You will carry out specialised investigative plumbing work, including:

Leak detection using advanced equipment

Moisture mapping and internal plumbing diagnostics

CCTV inspections, drain investigations, and pressure testing

Roof inspections and roof leak reporting

Global reporting covering structural movement, stormwater, and plumbing systems

Preparing clear, accurate, and professional written reports

Liaising with clients, agents, and the office to ensure smooth job progression

Maintaining your provided vehicle and equipment

Participating in an on-call roster as required

Required Skills & Experience

We're looking for a plumber with a strong foundation in maintenance and an interest in investigative plumbing. While we'll provide training, commitment to our values and attention to detail are essential.

Essential Skills

Valid SA Driver's Licence

Strong interest in leak detection and investigative work

Punctual, reliable, and physically fit

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Own hand and battery tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Current Police Clearance

Preferred Skills

(Not required, but highly regarded)

Leak detection experience

Roof plumbing or reporting experience

Insurance reporting or investigative plumbing background

Strong technical writing skills
