Your new role

As HVAC Project Lead / Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing 4–5 concurrent projects across Greater Sydney. You'll oversee all aspects of delivery, from planning and coordination to site leadership and client liaison. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with tradespeople, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:


• Leading multiple HVAC and mechanical projects from start to finish


• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers


• Managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards


• Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders


• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements


• Supporting a positive and collaborative site culture

What you'll need to succeed


• Proven experience managing HVAC or mechanical projects in commercial settings


• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams


• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications


• Hands-on approach and willingness to be present on site


• A collaborative mindset and ability to build rapport with trades and subcontractors


• Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence
