The Role
Based at our Gladstone Head Office (no FIFO/DIDO), you'll be more than just a compliance officer—you'll be a culture shaper. Your mission? To create a proactive, engaged, and safety-conscious workforce while keeping things running smoothly. You'll also work closely with site management, providing hands-on support to monitor, guide, and encourage best-practice safety standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
Embedding a positive HSEQ culture—where safety is second nature.
Coaching, mentoring, and supporting site management to keep teams engaged in safety.
Monitoring site tasks and providing proactive advice on risks and controls.
Investigating incidents (without the blame game) and ensuring lessons are learned.
Driving continuous improvement with smart, practical strategies.
