The Role:

We're looking for Motivated Personal Trainers to join our team at our brand NEW Club in Tingalpa (opening in September 2025)

As a Fitness Cartel Australia Personal Trainer, you are an integral part of the team, and critical for member engagement. Your role is to make members feel welcome from the moment they join our club, to motivating, inspiring, and guiding them through their fitness journey. You will be working as a Sub-Contractor within our facility, creating your own hours and growing your business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design personalised health and fitness programs & deliver 1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions.
• Build & manage a client base with warm leads provided.
• Be actively involved in Transform8 – As part of our 8-week challenge, PTs participate in group classes, gaining direct exposure to members and potential clients.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid / CPR certification, ABN & Insurance. (If you don't have these certificates or insurance, keep scrolling & APPLY)
• Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
• High energy, charisma & communication skills to engage and motivate members.
