- The ability to develop financial models and provide financial analysis of your modelling.
- Providing financial analysis for complex transactions across a variety of sectors.
- Supporting the delivery of transactions and interacting with clients, financiers, and legal advisors.
- Identifying issues, generating options, and supporting our recommendations to clients.
- Assisting with the preparation of engagement deliverables including funding options reports, teaser documents, information memorandums, financial models, term sheets and other detailed PowerPoint reports and presentations.
