A Day in the Life
You will report to the Procurement Director ANZ as Marketing and Media Sourcing Manager, based in Melbourne, owning sourcing strategy and supplier performance for marketing, digital and media categories. You'll work closely with Procurement, Brand, Digital and Finance to enable timely campaigns and best-in-class commercial outcomes.

  • Strategic category management: define & execute sourcing strategies for digital services, media and agency spend.
  • Supplier & contract management: negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and drive supplier performance improvements.
  • Commercial performance & analytics: lead spend analysis, cost optimisation, budget alignment and forecasting.
  • Cross-functional partnership & compliance: partner with Brand, Digital, Legal and Finance to enable timely campaigns and ensure procurement and compliance standards.

We Are Looking For
You're commercially minded, pragmatic and can operate a category end-to-end. Consulting experience will be looked on favourably as evidence of commercial rigour and vendor management skills.
