Bookkeeper & Office Administrator (Part-Time)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
Bookkeeper & Office Administrator
to join our team on a part-time basis (approx. 20–25 hours per week, spread across 5 days, Mon–Fri). The role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things organised, has strong Xero skills and enjoys being a trusted point of support for both the team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Managing BAS and IAS preparation, reconciliation and lodgement
  • Weekly payroll processing and superannuation compliance
  • Assisting with basic HR administration
  • Supporting account managers and clients with accounts queries
  • General office administration duties
  • Using our industry-specific production software (training provided)

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration
  • High level of proficiency in Xero (experience with Xero-related apps highly regarded)
  • Strong knowledge of ATO requirements and updates
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
