With continued growth and success, Shadforth is seeking an experienced Drainage Foreman to lead an established crew on large-scale civil projects in Bundaberg. This is a hands-on leadership role, supervising and working alongside a team of five to deliver sewerage, water, and stormwater installations to a high standard.

About You

• 2+ years' experience as a Civil Drainage or Pipecrew Foreman.
• Skilled in sewer, stormwater, and water reticulation
• Strong understanding of SEQ standards and OHS practices.
• Confident communicator and hands-on leader.
• Machinery tickets highly regarded.
