- Permanent role - $35 per hour
- Multiple roles on offer
- Day shift hours - 7am and 9am starts
- Derrimut and Laverton location
The Company
Our client, based in Derrimut and Laverton, is an Australian company operating in over 20 branches across Australia and New Zealand. With over 55 years of experience in the electrical and engineering industry, they specialise in motor control, power distribution and automation systems.
Due to achieving continued growth rates in this sector and are now looking to expand their existing team.
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Forklift Operations - Counterbalance essential (High Reach beneficial)
- Picking and packing orders via RF
- Palletising and preparing stock for dispatch
- Receiving & despatching goods with correct documentation
- Operating mobile plant equipment and performing manual handling tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your work area
To be successful, you will need to have:
- Solid background in warehousing - Certificate II or III in Warehousing Operations highly regarded
- Intermediate computer skills
- Organisational skills and team working abilities
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Proactive attitude and have the ability to meet company targets
- Forklift licence (LF) - essential
Hours & Pay Rate:
Monday to Friday, 7am till 3pm OR 9am till 5pm
(opportunity to work 4-days per week, at the end of probation period)
$69,612k + superannuation
If successful, you will be required to pass a pre-employment medical.
