We are seeking a Coordinator at our Enoggera Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service. This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with split shifts included.
The service is licensed for 105 children and currently operates with up to 90 children per session. It is an integral part of the Our Lady of the Assumption Primary School and St John the Baptist Parish community.
Our OSHC program is committed to supporting working families by providing quality care in a safe, nurturing environment where school-aged children can grow, learn, and thrive. We focus on encouraging free play and offer a variety of indoor and outdoor experiences, tailored to both group and individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
- Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
- Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.
Requirements of the Role:
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
