About our role:

We're looking for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Planner / Parts Coordinator with a background in Mechanical disciplines. This hybrid role combines maintenance planning with parts coordination, requiring a hands-on approach to scheduling, resource management, and inventory control.

Your focus in this role:

You'll be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, coordinating parts and materials, and ensuring safety compliance across workshop operations. Your strong time management, problem-solving skills, and computer literacy will support effective maintenance planning using tools like MS Project and CMMS software.

What You'll Bring: 

  • Mechanical trade qualification with OEM Experience
  • Experience in a parts or service role with a technical understanding of Earthmoving equipment and industry.
  • Strong experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and works management.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and CMMS software.
  • Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of workshop safety and equipment compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail essential
  • Must have good time management skills
  • Experience in PRONTO and CAT S.I.S is essential
