About the role

Due to continued growth, Contract Resources (CR) is seeking qualified and skilled Advanced or Intermediate Scaffolders to join our local team in Lytton, QLD.

Our Scaffolders play a vital role in ensuring scaffold structures are erected, maintained, and dismantled safely and efficiently across both Maintenance and Turnaround scopes.

To be successful, you'll need a current VOC in Scaffolding, a valid High Risk Work Licence, and be local to Brisbane, QLD.

Duties will include but not limited to

  • Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffolding structures as per design specifications
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments and maintain a strong focus on safety
  • Inspect scaffolding equipment for damage or defects, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards
  • Support other Industrial Services teams when Scaffolding work is limited
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the Tube & Clip Scaffolding System

Requirements & Experience Needed

  • 1–2 years' experience within the Oil & Gas industry or related industry
  • Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts as required
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
  • High Risk Work Licence – Advanced or Intermediate Scaffolding (essential)
  • Working Safely at Heights certificate (within 2 years – essential)
  • Enter & Work in a Confined Space certificate (within 2 years – essential)
  • Gas Test Atmosphere certificates (within 2 years – desirable)
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Full Australian work rights
