About the role:

We are looking for a Casual Online Concierge to join our team remotely from the Perth/WA time zone. This team member to help deliver exceptional end-to-end customer experiences across all online channels -including phone calls, emails, social media, and live chat. The focus of this position is to elevate the quality of every customer interaction, resolve issues with care and efficiency, and contribute to a consistent, high-quality brand experience that encourages loyalty and positive public sentiment.

The role is Casual which means a mixture of shifts which includes during the day/week, evenings & weekends. The nature of a casual role means that during peak periods of the business and also to fill in for the team if any gaps in the roster (for example sick days, extended leave etc.)

We are looking for someone with availability across Mondays, Friday evenings & weekends - Remotely within the Perth/WA Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct showroom tours on when necessary (this can include weekends & week days) and answer incoming phone calls.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, social media (Instagram, Facebook Messenger), and our live chat platform, Zendesk.
• Maintain a professional tone aligned with our brand and marketing strategy.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and Pilates information to communicate effectively with customers.
• Support the National Sales Manager with reporting when needed.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, abandoned carts, and maintain accurate prospecting data.
• Ensure customer data integrity.
• Handover key updates at the end of shifts to other team members.

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive and can-do attitude.
• Proven customer service, call centre, or retail sales experience.
• Strong skills using CRMs, Microsoft suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to multitask effectively and maintain strong organizational skills.
• A passion for health, wellness, and sales.
• Experience with reformer Pilates advantageous

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
