Leave It To Luke is on the lookout for a reliable and hardworking Gardener to join our team for the upcoming Spring season, with the potential for ongoing, long term work should you impress

About Us:

Based in Mitcham, VIC, we provide high-quality garden maintenance services to both residential and commercial clients across the majority of the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

We're a small, growing team that values professionalism, attention to detail, and great customer service and we're looking to onboard our next superstar.

About the Role:

This is a casual position with 3 to 5 days of work available per week. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team, with all equipment provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lawn mowing
  • Hedge trimming
  • Whipper snipping
  • Weeding
  • Pruning
  • General garden maintenance and clean-ups

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior gardening or landscaping experience (preferred)
  • Physically fit and comfortable with labour-intensive work
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions from the team members
  • Punctual, reliable, and motivated
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport to site.
  • A hard worker who is willing to go that extra step for the client.

Pay Rate:

$30–$40 per hour, depending on experience.

This role is ideal for someone looking for regular outdoor work with flexibility and room to grow in the long term. While the position is casual to start, there is strong potential for ongoing work beyond Spring for the right person.
