Our client, a respected leader in the meat processing industry, is currently seeking experienced Knife Hands to join their Day Shift Team (6:00 AM) for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handling and processing meat products

· Manual handling and lifting

· Operating in a meat processing plant environment

· Using pallet jacks and working with conveyor systems

· Knife hand duties - cutting skin/fat off meat

· Operating and working around plant machinery

· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:

· Availability to work Monday to Friday (6:00 AM)

· Previous knife-handling experience (for Knife Hand roles)

· Own reliable transport preferred

· Willingness to work in a cold storage/meat processing environment

· Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
