About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Butcher Shop Manager to lead our paddock-to-plate journey. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, engage the community, and promote sustainable food sourcing.

About You

• Skilled in butchery with a strong belief in sustainable food systems.

• Leadership experience with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

• Creative, engaging, and community-minded.

• Retail or hospitality management experience preferred.

• Knowledge of nutrition and cooking techniques is a plus.
