The RoleWe're looking for a Field Service Electrician to join the team in Penrith. Whether you've just finished your apprenticeship or have years of experience, this role offers the chance to work on cutting edge machinery both onsite and in the field  including electrical systems of up to 300 volts.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Service, repair, and maintain electrical systems on heavy mobile plant equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot wiring, control systems, and electrical faults.
  • Carry out electrical testing and preventative maintenance.
  • Deliver professional customer service and support while working on-site.
  • Maintain safe work practices and ensure correct use of PPE.
  • Uphold high-quality standards across all repairs and service tasks.
  • Assist with training and share knowledge with colleagues when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Australian recognised Electrician trade qualification (recently completed or experienced).
  • Exposure to plant electrics, hydraulics, or diagnostics (desirable but not essential, training provided).
  • Comfortable using laptops and diagnostic software (basic computer skills).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A detail-oriented problem solver with a safety first mindset.
