Meet the team
Reporting to the Branch Manager at our Bunbury branch, the team are supportive of each other and dedicated to keeping trucks and trailers rolling across WA and Beyond
While the team is working a 40-hour week across the hours of 8am to 5pm, they're not just managing parts; they're playing their part to keep the business and our customers moving one part at a time
How you'll play your part:
- Safety First, Always: Promote a safe and healthy work environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
- Mastermind Branch Success: You'll work hand-in-hand with the Branch Manager, keeping a close eye on the branch's P&L and ensuring smooth retail and warehouse operations.
- Empower Your Team: Be a coach and cheerleader, supervising day-to-day activities and fostering a positive, productive team environment.
- Customer & Supplier Champion: You'll be the go-to person for exceptional customer service, ensuring everyone leaves happy (including our suppliers).
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong connections with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative spirit.
