About the Role

The JAPAC Enterprise Marketing team is looking for an Email Demand & Performance Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and optimisation of email programs across Asia Pacific and Japan.

This is a 12-month parental leave contract - ideal for a driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-led environment and enjoys owning end-to-end regional programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

You'll play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining high-performing email journeys that engage key buying groups, generate leads, and contribute directly to pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

Strategise and Lead:

Own the region's email marketing strategy, ensuring every touchpoint is intentional, personalised, and aligned to campaign objectives.

Drive Performance:

Oversee campaign delivery and optimisation, analysing engagement and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Collaborate and Influence:

Partner closely with campaign, field marketing, and data teams to deliver best-in-class programs that connect global strategy with regional execution.

Leverage Technology:

Work with leading marketing automation tools to execute nurture journeys and measure campaign effectiveness.

Analyse and Optimise:

Regularly review performance dashboards to identify trends, test new approaches, and present actionable insights to key stakeholders.

What's Required to Succeed

Experience: 5-10 years in digital or demand generation marketing, with a strong focus on email and performance marketing in a B2B or SaaS environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics platforms (experience with Marketo or similar tools highly regarded).

Analytical Mindset: Confident interpreting data to inform strategy and drive optimisation.

Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present confidently.

Drive and Curiosity: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a passion for continuous improvement.

Organisation: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
