Are you a qualified Hydraulic Technician looking for extra work?

HWC Hydraulics & Equipment is building a pool of skilled tradespeople we can call upon for shutdowns and site projects.

This is not a regular roster – it's an opportunity to pick up extra work when shutdowns or peak workloads come up. Perfect for people already employed who want additional shifts, or those seeking occasional casual work.

About the Role:

  • Join our casual pool to support shutdowns and site-based projects.
  • Work will be offered on an as-needed basis – you choose whether to accept.
  • Above-award casual rates with site allowances where applicable.
  • Potential pathway into permanent roles – many of our team progress into full-time, senior, or supervisory positions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Trade Certificate in a relevant mechanical/hydraulic discipline.
  • Previous hydraulic fitting/servicing experience.
  • Mandatory: Construction White Card.
  • Highly Regarded: Working at Heights, Confined Space, High-Risk tickets, shutdown or site-based experience.
  • Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and represent HWC professionally on client sites.
