Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across their two largest regions NSW/ACT and QLD. This is a significant milestone for our business and our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Supervise trades maintenance teams delivering fire systems estate maintenance.
• Fire systems minor maintenance, emergency response coordination.
• Provide condition assessment and asset data validation on assets identified for maintenance and or minor works.
• Ensure all work aligns with required standards and requirements
• Support resolution of maintenance issues at lowest level possible

What You'll Bring

• Trade Certification (e.g., Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry) plus Fire Safety Training.
• Emergency Response Leadership Certification. (desirable)
• Experience with fire systems minor maintenance and emergency response coordination
• Current Open Drivers Licence
• QBCC Fire Protection Licence
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory).
