Job Title: Experienced Labourer – Freezer/Cooler Environment

Location: Bankstown
Job Type: Casual / Full-time Hours

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Labourer to join our team in a freezer and cooler environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and demonstrate a willingness to learn. As a Labourer, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of our operations in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labour duties in a freezer and cooler environment, including material handling, product sorting, and organizing.
  • Assist with unloading, loading, and moving products to and from designated storage areas.
  • Ensure that all products are stored properly and safely in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in the operation of machinery or equipment when required and in accordance with training.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in a cold environment.
  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude in learning new skills and processes.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in cold environments (temperatures can range from -10°C to -25°C).
  • Frequent lifting of objects up to [insert weight] kg.
  • Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
