We started with roof painting (iron, tile, and asbestos) and we've expanded rapidly into general painting, interior/exterior house painting, epoxy floors, and commercial projects.

We're specifically looking for:

Roof Painters/Tilers who understand quality preparation work and aren't afraid of heights.

General Painters/Decorators who take pride in finishes that make homeowners say "wow".

What you'll need:

• Previous painting/decorating experience (or relevant trade background)
• Comfortable working at heights (we'll help you get Working at Heights cert if needed)
• White/green card (or willing to obtain)
• Clean driving licence
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

What you won't need:

• Your own truck, tools, or equipment (we provide everything)
• To chase payments or deal with subcontractor hassles
• To wonder where your next job is coming from

The catch?

We only hire people looking for long-term careers, not short-term gigs. You'll need to travel regularly where the work is (including Tasmania during peak times), keep your workspace and vehicle immaculate, and follow our proven systems.

Bendigo region candidates preferred - but we'll consider the right person from surrounding areas.
