The Role

We're on the hunt for a skilled dismantler who's ready to get their hands dirty and join a professional, supportive team. If you've got a passion for cars, a sharp eye for detail, and the drive to be the best, this is where you want to be.

Day-to-day, you'll:

• Safely and efficiently dismantle vehicles (engines, gearboxes, suspension, body panels, and more).
• Use the right tools to strip and prep parts for resale and export.
• Work with a motivated crew who value teamwork and precision.
• Play a key role in keeping Australia's auto industry moving.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous experience as a car dismantler, mechanic, or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to use power tools safely.
• Attention to detail – you know the difference between a good part and scrap.
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Forklift ticket (or willing to obtain – we can help).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
