About the Opportunity
You will be joining a supportive team to deliver an exceptional guest experience for our residents and guests at our Village based in Karratha. Permanent full-time positions are available on a 14:7 roster with an 8.15 hour day (two weeks living on site and one week at home for what matters most).
We have positions available across multiple departments, including Kitchen, Housekeeping, Retail, & Grounds & Maintenance.

About the Benefits
- Hourly rate of $ % Superannuation (paid on all rostered hours) + penalties and allowances
- 8.15 hour work day (with occasional overtime required / available)
- $7k annual incentive bonus for all local candidates who Drive in, Drive out (paid quarterly – no flights included)
- FIFO included for all Perth based candidates (not eligible for incentive bonus)
- All food provided while on site (catering for all preferences / allergies / intolerances)
- Accommodation provided (linen, aircon, bar fridge, TV, en-suite bathroom)
- On-site Facilities (such gyms, hubs, and pools – varies by Village)

About You
- Experience within the hospitality industry – whether it be kitchen, cleaning and housekeeping, bar and retail, customer service, or grounds and maintenance
- Excited to work on 14:7 roster (2 weeks on, one week off)
- A valid Drivers license
- Unlimited working rights within Australia (ideally for 12 months or more. Sponsorship NOT available at this time)
- Experience working as part of a team, and the flexibility to work across departments and different rosters (including night shift)
