Dockhand/Forklift Driver Chandler Macleod is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Dockhand/Forklift Driver to join our esteemed client's team in the Shepparton area. This casual role involves operating forklifts to load and unload parcels efficiently and safely.
Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday, Approximately 5:30am to 9:30am.
- Opportunities for consistent hours and work-life balance.
- Safely operate forklifts to load and unload parcels.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Perform manual handling tasks as required to support dock operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct pre-operational safety checks and report any equipment issues.
- Must be able to pass a National Police Check (NPC)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit to handle freight movement and sorting tasks
- Able to follow strict safety and operational procedures
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Forklift Licence would be a bonus
- MR Truck Licence (will provide opportunities for more hours)
- Consistent afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday.
