Be the Face of Hospitality We are seeking Guest Service Agents / Hotel Receptionists to join our dynamic front office team. We welcome individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Applicants must be able to work full time shifts which may change as per the roster.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests
  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest experiences
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments
  • Check guest rooms to ensure comfort, cleanliness, and readiness
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean and organized
  • Uphold company policies and strive for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For: Experience in hotel reception / guest services (highly regarded but not essential) Knowledge of PMS software (e.g., Opera, RMS) – training available Strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to multitask & stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends & public holidays Ability to handle challenges with professionalism and empathy
