Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive technical assessments of water supply and sewerage networks, addressing growth, compliance, performance, and renewals.
- Deliver strategic and master planning, options analysis, feasibility studies, and detailed design for major infrastructure projects.
- Prepare compelling business cases to guide long-term investment and asset management decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, making complex technical concepts accessible.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to support best practices and high-quality outcomes.
- Produce well-structured technical reports, proposals, and analysis for water infrastructure clients.
- Stay active within industry associations and consistently uphold SHEQ standards throughout all project phases.

Skills Required:
- Experienced in water/sewerage network operations and hydraulic principles.
- Proficient with hydraulic modelling, GIS, and Excel for data analysis and decision support.
- Skilled at project scoping, client engagement, and proposal development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical presentation abilities.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage multidisciplinary projects.
- Recognized engineering degree (Civil or related); chartered status (CPENG) desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to regulatory compliance.
