Are you a detail-oriented, organised and proactive admin professional looking for a flexible part-time role with variety? We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper and Administration Allrounder to join our friendly team in Miranda.

You will support two busy engineering companies, assisting with bookkeeping, payroll, inventory management (Cin7), international freight bookings and general office administration.

This is a hands-on, flexible part-time role (around 20 hours over 4 days per week) - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and working in a small, supportive team. This is an in-office position based in Miranda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and payroll in Xero
  • Prepare and process invoices, statements and credit notes
  • Assist workshop manager in inventory management and stock adjustments in Cin7
  • Assist with local and international freight bookings and tracking
  • Manage international payments and supplier transactions
  • Reconcile stock and sales with the Sales and Workshop Managers
  • Take customer calls and card payments and manage general admin tasks
  • Support management with ad hoc office and accounts projects

About You

  • Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience using Xero accounting software
  • Experience with Cin7 or other inventory management systems preferred
  • Experience with international payments and freight bookings preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Confident communicator with a professional, helpful manner
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
