The Armidale School (TAS) is an independent co-educational day and boarding school located in the New England region of NSW. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Rowing Coach to join our Sport and Co-Curricular team for the upcoming summer season, running from the start of Term 4 to the end of Term Training sessions are held on weekday mornings or afternoons and Saturday mornings, with attendance at up to five regattas across the season.

The successful candidate will have prior coaching experience, a strong understanding of adolescent development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and lead young athletes. A current First Aid certificate and Working with Children Check are essential, or the willingness to obtain both before commencement.

Competitive remuneration is offered under the Independent Schools NSW Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025 (Level 2.1 Instructional Services Employees).
