About Us

Red Bean Café in Footscray, serving freshly made sandwiches, quality coffee, and warm service to our community. We're looking for an enthusiastic Sandwich Hand / Café Allrounder to join our team and bring great energy to our busy mornings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh sandwiches, wraps, bahn mi rolls and light meals to order
  • Assist in food prep and maintaining a clean, organised work area
  • Operate coffee machine and prepare quality espresso-based drinks
  • Provide excellent customer service at the counter and during busy rushes
  • Assist with POS transactions and general café duties
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a café or similar hospitality role
  • Confident in coffee making / barista skills
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player
  • Must be available for morning shifts (weekdays and/or weekends)
