To be successful, you will require;
- Minimum Mandatory Qualifications Requirements:
As per the minimum mandatory qualifications requirements via all candidates wishing to apply for this role must be able to demonstrate these specific requirements.
- A current Working with Children Check
In this role, you will;
- Specialise in working with adults using family violence
- Assess and manage risk using the MARAM Framework and TRAM tools
- Consider the risks and needs of each family member, including children, in context
- Support people to have choice and control where possible
- Promote cultural safety and self-determination for Aboriginal people and families
- Apply the Best Interests Case Practice Model (BICPM) to keep children safe
- Identify barriers to engagement and tailor your approach to reduce risk and vulnerability
