We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Safety Improvement to lead strategic initiatives that enhance patient and staff safety across our organisation. The successful applicant shall lead the SMHS Safety Improvement program including clinical incident management processes, sharing lessons, safety improvement projects and a safety culture. Ensures the development, implementation, maintenance and effective governance of the associated frameworks and strategies. Fosters a patient safety culture that supports an effective Safety Improvement Program. Assists with strategic planning for Safety Quality & Consumer Engagement.

Eligibility
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
