Who We're Looking For

We're seeking:

  • Experienced landscape Team Leaders who motivate and lead crews.
  • Skilled Tradespeople with strong hands-on capabilities.
  • People who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something bigger.

Requirements:

  • White Card, Silica, Asbestos, and valid driver's license (essential)
  • Valid C class (car) driver's licence required
  • Proven experience in landscape construction (or strong desire to grow your skills)
  • Skilled in paving, retaining walls, irrigation, decking, planting, and more
  • Leadership or teamwork abilities depending on your role
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Trade qualifications (bonus, not essential)
  • Australian citizens only

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-quality landscaping projects (retaining walls, paving, decking, planting, irrigation, garden installations)
  • Read and interpret landscape designs and plans accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and industry standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients to meet or exceed expectations
  • Maintain job site cleanliness and organisation
