We're looking for
Two IT Interns
to join our Support Centre in Hawthorn for a 3-month stipend payment internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across IT operations and retail systems - all while supporting one of the fastest-growing global jewellery brands.

What you'll be doing:

• Support day-to-day IT retail operations, including
  ticket management, device setup, and troubleshooting
  .
• Assist with
  Honeywell provisioning, Intune device management
  , and IT asset tracking
• Help manage
  store and warehouse equipment
  , replacements, and system access
• Work on
  Freshdesk form creation and management
  to enhance team workflows.
• Support the
  onboarding and offboarding process
  for Support Centre users.
• Assist with
  POS and VOIP (RingCentral)
  setup, user provisioning, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in
  new store openings, de-fits, and re-fits
  , learning the end-to-end setup process.
• Gain experience with
  ITSM tools
  , warehouse user management, and service coordination.

About you:

• Currently studying
  Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and troubleshooting technical issues.
• A proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
• Available
  3 days per week for 3 months
  , starting immediately.
