· Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
· Prior experience in Occupational Rehab
The Role
As a Senior Rehab Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide helping people return to work after injury
· Support clients with empathy, listen deeply, guide them through life-changing transitions
· Conduct meaningful assessments - focus on what matters most
· Build strong connections with health professionals, employers, insurers, and more to create solutions that truly help
· Spot barriers, design tailored Return to Work plans that build resilience and confidence
· Visit workplaces, understand the challenges, advocate for safer, more inclusive environments
·
Mentor and support peers, including new starters, in line with company policies.
·
