Responsibilities

· Control, checking and summary of all bills and dockets relating to guest stays, responsible for any minor guest queries or problems arising during their stay

· Dealing with all incoming, outgoing and transferring of all telephone calls to the hotel

· Check-in of all guests, the allocation of rooms, and the control of guest keys

· Preparation of all guest accounts and receiving payments for these accounts

· Taking, recording, and booking all room reservations

· Providing information to and assisting guests with hotel services, sightseeing, restaurants, entertainment, transportation, and shopping

Skills

· Sound computer literacy

· Ability to use reservation systems

· A friendly disposition

· Great customer services skills

· Punctual and able to follow instructions

· Enjoys working as part of a team

· Is able to communicate clearly

Variety of shifts available Days, Afternoon & nights across the full 7 days of the week
