Talent Strategy and Ownership

  • Lead Peritas' talent acquisition strategy across all disciplines and regions (Civil, Structural, and Corporate).

  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs and create tailored hiring plans that align with business goals.

  • Own and manage the Teamtailor ATS, ensuring it's used efficiently to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Design and deliver a consistent, engaging, and values-driven recruitment process from first contact to offer.

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to measure success and identify improvements.

Sourcing and Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and referrals.

  • Develop talent pools for critical Civil and Structural engineering roles and hard-to-fill technical positions.

  • Represent Peritas confidently in the external market, promoting our culture, values, and employee experience to potential candidates.

  • Build relationships with universities, professional networks, and industry associations to enhance brand visibility and attract early and mid-career talent.

  • Stay connected to market trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor activity to inform hiring strategies.

Employer Brand and Candidate Experience:

  • Bring the Peritas story to life through engaging job ads, content, and candidate communications that reflect our adventure and our values.

  • Ensure every candidate has a professional, respectful, and positive experience — regardless of the outcome.

  • Curate Peritas' digital presence across Teamtailor, LinkedIn, and other channels to attract top talent and reinforce our EVP.

  • Support initiatives that strengthen internal mobility and employee referrals.
