What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations
- Leading and motivating the FOH crew
- Keeping service sharp and standards high
- Handling rosters, stock, and behind-the-scenes essentials
- Being the go-to leader when the Venue Manager isn't around
