Warehouse Assistant (School Hours – Brookvale NSW - Suits parent between school runs, or uni student)

Looking for flexible, school-hours work with real purpose? Pixii is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to join our small, mission-driven team in Brookvale. The role is 3 days per week, 10am–3pm, and we're flexible on which days (to fit around school drop-off/pick-up or other commitments).

About Pixii

Pixii is a B2B social enterprise helping workplaces and schools provide free, sustainable period products. We supply dispensers, pads and tampons to more than 1000 sites across Australia and New Zealand.

We believe menstrual products should be treated like toilet paper — as an essential, not a luxury. All our products are organic, plastic-free, and carbon positive, and we donate 50% of profits to Stars Foundation, supporting First Nations girls and young women across Australia.

About the Role

In this role you'll help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly, ensuring orders go out accurately and on time. You'll also pitch in to support the broader team when needed — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in doing things properly.

You'll be doing things like:

  • Picking, packing and labelling customer orders
  • Restocking shelves and keeping the warehouse organised
  • Checking product quality and keeping the workspace clean
  • Occasionally helping customers via phone / email / live chat
  • Supporting admin or operational tasks across the broader Pixii team

You're someone who:

  • Works quickly and has great attention to detail
  • Enjoys getting hands-on and being active during the day
  • Can work independently, but also enjoys being part of a small team
  • Is comfortable learning new systems/tools
  • Believes business can (and should) do good
  • Cares about sustainability and social justice

Warehousing / fulfilment experience is a bonus, but not essential.
