What you'll do

Join our team and take charge of our Pharmacy operations at Wyalla Plaza in Toowoomba

Ramsay Pharmacy Wyalla is embedded in the local community and has a fully established, supportive and longstanding pharmacy team. As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the pharmacy team, and work collaboratively with surrounding health professionals to deliver high quality and effective specialist pharmacy services to our valued customers and patients. The pharmacy has a diverse range of professional services including: medication reviews, vaccinations, webster & sachet packs and UTI prescribing.

• Lead our pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of our valued patients and customers.

• Mentor and develop the skills of our staff, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members.

• Provide direction for our Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel.

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA

• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.

• High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software

• Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded

• A vaccination certificate or experience with immunisations is highly regarded but not essential

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:

• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases

• A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
