What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a skilled therapist who:

  • Prioritizes excellent service and customer experience – builds trust and delivers exceptional results
  • Is results-focused – passionate about helping clients achieve their skin goals
  • Has strong consultation skills – confidently recommends treatments and skincare plans tailored to each client
  • Naturally incorporates sales – educates clients on additional treatments and products in an ethical, service-driven way
  • Is proactive and engaging – fosters client relationships and encourages rebookings and referrals
  • Is social media savvy – comfortable sharing skincare knowledge and treatment insights online

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Dermal Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in skin treatments (preferred)
  • Certification in laser/IPL treatments (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Strong knowledge of skin conditions and treatment modalities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for ongoing learning and professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional dermal treatments and services
  • Recommend appropriate skin products to enhance best outcome for our clients
  • Up-sale and Cross-sale between different services and products
  • Regular reporting to managers and performance monitoring for optimised achievements as a team
  • Stock monitoring and ordering
  • Social Media content management
