What you will be doing

The ITIM Clinical Improvement Officer, managed within the Trauma Pain and Rehabilitation (TPR) and Clinical Engagement and Operational Programmes (CEOPs) Directorate, supports the Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) in enhancing trauma care across NSW by leading the Trauma Death Review and Monitoring Program and managing the ITIM Clinical Review Committee's business. The role collaborates with ITIM Project Officers (Education, Innovation, and Trauma Outcomes Registry and Quality Evaluation - TORQUE) and the Trauma Data Officer to deliver comprehensive services supporting work plans from the Clinical Review, Data Management, Education, Research Advisory, and Trauma Innovation Committees. The officer promotes, develops, implements, and monitors strategic change management programs to improve service delivery in Local Health Districts (LHDs) and Specialty Health Networks (SHNs), including initiatives fostering better integration between general practice and public health services for coordinated chronic care.
