About the role

We're searching for a dynamic and inspiring Area Manager to lead a portfolio of 14 locations across North Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, and Cairns, made up of standalone boutiques and department store concessions.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with Mondays spent working from home and Tuesday to Friday on the road, supporting your store teams.

You'll take over a high-performing, stable portfolio and report directly to the General Manager of Retail. Your focus will be on team development, delivering results, and upholding the brand's reputation for outstanding service and inclusive fashion.

Skills and experience

  • Previous multi-site retail leadership experience, or strong large-format / cluster management background
  • Passion for fashion retail, styling, and customer connection
  • Proven success driving store performance and KPIs
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and grow strong teams
  • Confident communicator with great time management
